Your Next Opportunity:

We are looking for a true HR Business Partner. You will be hands-on, gaining trust and engaging stakeholders quickly with your knowledge and experience to provide advice, guidance and support on a wide range of people matters. You will have solid HR foundations, coupled with a pragmatic approach and be passionate about enhancing and protecting a unique culture through people initiatives.

Your role will also be responsible for:

  • Proactively deliver quality advice on a broad range of HR matters affecting the business unit
  • Providing subject matter expertise on HR strategy, employment law, policy and practice
  • Coaching, advising and supporting management on a variety of people issues with the aim of assisting all levels to enhance their people management and leadership skills
  • Influencing and facilitating integration of people initiatives, including aligning performance, development, reward and succession to enable achievement of business objectives
  • Helping to support and drive a range of engagement and culture strategies
  • Supporting the annual performance review process including remuneration review, advice and training
  • Designing and delivering learning programs across the business including professional and soft skill programs
  • Influencing and driving organisational and change management activities
  • Supporting proactive talent acquisition programs where required

About You:

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary HR qualifications
  • Proven experience  as a People and Culture/HR Generalist
  • Working knowledge of Fair Work Australia and Employment Law
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to work with key stakeholder and management tiers
  • Excellent influencing and coaching capability
  • Experience in delivering HR projects
  • Approachable style and ability to build strong relationships with people quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced business environment
  • Appreciation and understanding of the importance of integrity and confidentiality
  • A collaborative and supportive team approach
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
