31st August 2018: A Kirribilli residential transformation project delivered by Buildcorp’s Asset Solutions team was honoured with a Master Builders Association of NSW Excellence in Housing Award.
At the awards evening on the 31st August, Buildcorp’s 40-55 Kirribilli Ave project took-out the top honours for the ‘Home Unit Renovation- External (Open Price Category)’.
Buildcorp’s Asset Solutions team were engaged by the building’s Owners Corporation to upgrade, remediate and modernise this 1970’s apartment block which now boasts million-dollar views of Sydney Harbour’s landmarks. The 12 apartment owners aimed to upgrade their building’s fire systems and weather proofing, replace the façade and transform the views with greatly improved window options. After a 67 week programme, the building is now not only compliant and fit for the future, the apartments have also experience a significant uplift in value.
