Lobby Refurbishment

The brief for the refurbishment of the lobby at No 1 Market St was to invigorate the existing space with alterations and additions and the installation of new café and outside structural steel deck to accommodate outdoor seating and dining area.

The recycled hardwood sourced for the deck was used for all the internal cladding. The scope of works included relocating the façade out and removing two small revolving doors and replacing them with one large revolving door. We also installed a new security/concierge desk which was manufactured by Buildcorp’s joinery business, Euroline and available amenities within the tower for the café patrons. The existing tiled floor was honed to comply with the new slip coefficients.
