Refurbishment

Buildcorp was engaged to complete the refurbishment of the Ground Floor lobby and forecourt area as well as an 8 floor façade upgrade.

The works involved building a new raised structural steel and glass awning at the front of the building, refurbishing and extending the forecourt area and upgrading the façade with new glazing and composite aluminium.
