127 Creek Street, Brisbane

A new approach proposed by Buildcorp reduced the extent of structural demolition on this Brisbane CBD building.

Extensive structural demolition was undertaken in the main entrance to pave the way for a new slab area to be poured and structural steel structures erected on either side of the building. The two new structures were fitted out with operable doors and windows to provide an open airy space in both café and restaurant areas with laminate ceiling bulkheads and high-end finishes. Lobbies and amenities of 23 floors were refurbished with new Zenolite panelling in the lobbies and new plasterboard ceilings, vanities, mirrors and lighting in the amenities areas.

New male and female shower blocks were installed on Basement 1 and new end of trip facilities on B2 including bike racks and locker room.
