Buildcorp completed the six floor fit out of new offices at 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.

Taking a collaborative approach with the design teamand consultants including Savills, Gray Puksand and NDY, the team delivered six different themed floors, providing the client, an eCommerce and Postal Service provider, with a flexible and agile workplace. This project was delivered within a live building environment, and is built to a five-star Green Star standard. Key features include:

  • 42 meeting rooms and pods
  • Breakout areas
  • Adjustable workstations
  • Six comms rooms – main comms room (40m2)
  • Feature floors and ceilings
  • Speedstiles on each floor
  • 1000+ lockers
  • Integrated AV systems
