A new Clubhouse on Level 13 for GPT's 550 Bourke Street Asset. The Clubhouse offers a functional co-working space for those seeking the flexibility of home and the benefits of coming together.

After working in the 550 Bourke Street asset for the past 2 years completing refurbishment works, Buildcorp tendered and were appointed the Level 13 Clubhouse project within 550 Bourke Street.

The Clubhouse is a functional spaces that includes:

  • 150 sit to stand work stations,
  • Two tiered auditorium seating area for presentations,
  • Mesh feature ceiling structures above custom joinery workstation benches,
  • 10 x 1P & 2P Quiet rooms,
  • 6 x Formal meeting rooms,
  • Large Kitchen Bar with Commercial sized bar fridge and feature pendant lighting,
  • 4 large sofa / relaxation areas,
  • 150+ locker units for storage,
  • Exposed ceiling fit out with painted acoustic spray,
  • Cement Sheeting wall finishes with exposed fixings for an industrial feel, and
  • X-Bond Microcement flooring – Alternative Floor finish of a concrete look, without using concrete.
