ACU Champagnat House

Refurbishment and Extension

Champagnat House is a new purpose built facility for Australian Catholic University’s college in Berry St, North Sydney, for the education of students for both teaching and training in health services whilst also providing a facility where doctors can practice.

The building incorporates state of the art AV technology to better enable students to observe patients with speech disorders and musculoskeletal conditions.

The existing 3 storey structure that required the addition of 3 levels whilst incorporating a new atrium space to surround a new open stairwell spanning 5 levels within the new construction and existing building. The works also incorporated a new plant room.
