ACU Tenison Woods House

Fit out of levels 19, 21 & 22 at 8-20 Napier Street North Sydney.

The works were to run over the holiday period and complete for the start of the 2014 University semester. Levels 19 and 21 consisted of offices, meetings rooms, breakout areas and grid ceilings. Level 22 is the new ACU show piece and consists of a 140 person conference room with state of the art AV, commercial kitchen, DDA required bathrooms and a buffet area.

Throughout the project, we had various challenges which included procurement, programme, site access, changes to design and alterations to services due to unforeseen circumstance. However as promised, Buildcorp delivered all items to maximum quality within the period provided.

As can be witnessed throughout the three levels, intricate finishes and detailing along with essential services came together to provide a unique office environment, highlighting the modern as well as preserving the past. At the completion of the project, the Australian Catholic University were proud of their new ‘show piece’ which provided the foundation for the first of many events only 2 days after practical completion.
