Purpose built, 85 bed facility with high end finishes in Sydney's Northern Beaches

The Northern Beaches’ newest purpose built, private hospital development, Arcadia Pittwater is a dedicated medical and rehabilitation facility with hotel-style finishes.

The high end facility boasts 85 beds, administration and conference facilities, a full hydrotherapy pool, commercial kitchen, and an external, multi terrain physiotherapy area.

Delivery outcome

Buildcorp were engaged as an ECI contractor for this project to coordinate the design process before progressing to a GMP based on the design solution.

The project’s aim was to retain and utilise the partially constructed building on site, consisting of 2 levels of basement parking for a total of 88 parking spaces and the existing podium floor levels, and add on an additional 3 floor levels and 3 lifts.

The completed facility represents a new standard in holistic healthcare, with high end finishes and a residential feel.
