Aspect Personnel

Through close collaboration with Gray Puksand architects, Buildcorp delivered a bespoke office space aligned to Aspect Personnel's vision of creating a unique client experience.

Engaged by Aspect Personnel to upgrade their office at 385 Bourke Street, Buildcorp took a collaborative approach to the project, heavily investing in the design process to provide value engineering options and advice. The unconventional office fit out focussed on enhancing Aspect Personnel’s client experience through open and flexible community spaces and feature areas.

The programme of works included:

  • Employee workspaces
  • Bar & Café
  • Kitchen facilities
  • Formal meeting rooms & team spaces
  • Large reception area

Client budget restraints called for an innovative approach to the project methodology, and ‘achieving more with less’ attitude. Our project team provided creative value engineered alternatives in order to successfully meet Aspect Personnel’s aspirations, without comprising on design or quality.

Buildcorp championed several innovative design solutions including the installation of an interoperable 5meter sliding door, separating the formal client reception area from the casual bar and café spaces. This unique office layout created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for clients and employees alike and is a true reflection of Aspect Personnel’s business culture.

We are proud to have assisted in realising Aspect Personnel’s vision of providing a unique clientcentric office space complimentary of their business requirements.
