The Star

Black by Ezard and Balla are located within The Star casino at Pyrmont and were completed as one project with staggered hand over dates. The fit-out of Black by Ezard, the northern of the two concourse restaurants comprises a state-of-the-art kitchen, bar, bespoke curved glass wine storage room, fine and private dining areas. This contemporary Australian grill was designed to serve classical inspired food styles influenced by great American grills and contemporary Europe and the striking fit-out and stunning harbour views will ensure Black by Ezard takes its place amongst Sydney’s premier eateries. Taking the concept design of the dual temperature zoned, curved glass wine storage cellar and turning it into a reality was quite a challenge. This required Buildcorp designing the refrigeration system that services the cellar.
