Hoxton Park

The Blum warehouse and office located at Hoxton Park was constructed to suit the specific needs of the owner. It consists of approximated 1500m2 of high bay warehousing, 3500m2 of low bay warehouse and 4500m2 of hardstand. The high bay includes state of the art automated cranes, conveyors and racking with the capacity to hold 9000 pallets. The high bay warehouse is approximately 30 metres in height and differs from typical steel structures in that the racking itself forms the structure.
