Business as usual during cladding replacement for this 22-storey, fully operational high-rise building

Located on a busy CBD corner, Buildcorp undertook the cladding replacement of street level awning and soffit panels.  Works were completed out of hours to ensure access to the building was not interrupted and made safe each morning to ensure business as usual for the building occupants and passing pedestrians.     

The original installation method required the interlocking panels to be dismantled in the reverse order. Buildcorp utilised a snake camera to identify which areas required replacement prior to commencement of work. 

The owners of the building took the opportunity to incorporate artwork at street level which was printed directly onto the panels prior to installation.
