Corrs Chambers Westgarth

Buildcorp was engaged by Corrs Chambers Westgarth to deliver their offices at One One One Eagle Street – considered now to be Brisbane’s most prestigious commercial address. The innovative workplace design steers away from the traditional, typically private office layout and focuses on an open plan and flexible office environment spanning Levels 41 to 44 of this iconic building.

The project included extensive demolition works to create three separate floor penetrations and an interconnecting staircase between the four floors of the tenancy. The workspace levels start with a client floor which hosts the reception area, meeting rooms and a commercial grade kitchen. The client-facing areas and café allow for seamless integration of client hospitality and corporate efficiency.

Bespoke timber veneer is used throughout the office on much of the joinery, wall and ceiling elements and storage units. Levels 41 and 44 are fully fitted-out for business use only incorporating open plan workstation clusters together with accessible quiet rooms. The workspaces and meeting rooms are tailored and technology-enabled, ensuring a seamless transition between work points. Level 43 is a combined floor, incorporating premium staff breakout areas and an extensive library and copy centre.
