Buildcorp’s expertise enabled fast-tracked delivery of premium turnkey spaces

Buildcorp delivered a series of spec suites in Towers 2 and 3 of International Towers, Barangaroo, to create premium turnkey spaces for boutique tenants.

The project transformed 3 warm-shell spaces across levels 21-22 in Tower 3, and level 39 in Tower 2, including boardrooms, tea points, workstations and lockers.

A speedy delivery was key to Lend Lease, and Buildcorp was able to draw on its expertise working in International Towers at Barangaroo, as well as leveraging previous design elements and solutions to execute a fast-tracked programme for the client.

The project was delivered in a fully live environment, with multiple tenants operating on the same floor and surrounding floors, including a commercial radio station on the floor beneath. Buildcorp was highly adaptable in the programme and scheduling to manage the acoustic considerations accordingly.

The project achieved a 5-star Greenstar rating in accordance with the rating of the base build.
