Investa 239 George Street, Brisbane

Lobby refurbishment.

The 239 George Street Lobby Refurbishment comprised the extension of the glazed shop front, new external awnings and outdoor entertainment areas. The new modern design saw the existing foyer transformed with new finishes throughout including colour black glass walls, natural stone tiles, feature travertine to the lift cores and hundreds of metres of new LED lighting. The project was managed through three sages with the external awning works completed in Stage 1. Stage 2 saw the initial half of the foyer refurbished and Stage 3 all remaining areas. All works were completed in a fully operational foyer in one of Brisbane’s prime corporate addresses alongside a busy cafe open to the public.
