Investa’s workplace fit-out at 420 George offers a diversity of spaces, providing their people choice and flexibility in how they work. Market-leading technology enables inter-team collaboration throughout and includes a state-of-the-art Microsoft Surface Hub in their innovation and learning space ‘Think Tank’ on level 31.

Hassell Architects created a wellness-inspired agile layout, designed for openness and approachability. A connection to the outside and natural daylight is provided through integrated façade, bench seating adjacent to planters and bespoke slim-line glass partitions to meeting rooms. The quality of acoustic performance and lighting was also a top consideration.

Through collaboration with the Client and design team, Buildcorp worked with our in-house joinery team, Euroline, to create the striking cantilevered reception desk that subtly hides structural support.

By selecting materials which are easily recycled and re-purposing furniture and mechanical elements, Investa’s fit-out achieved a total carbon footprint reduction of more than 12%.
