Kingscliff Beach Hotel

The Kingscliff Beach Hotel project transformed the heritage listed venue over three stages of significant refurbishment and structural works. The transformation is award-winning, having been recognised with an MBA ‘Excellence in Construction’ Award in October 2015- read more here.

Stage One comprised the strip out and refurbishment of the main bar within the heritage listed hotel, Stage Two saw complete demolition of adjoining bottle shop and construction of a new alfresco dining area and beer garden, as well as an external car park, works.

The final stage involved the strip out and refurbishment of the upper-level restaurant facility (also within the heritage listed building).
