Contemporary fit-out for Buildcorp Queensland's new home provides city views and ample space for continued growth and expansion.

Located in the heart of South Brisbane, Buildcorp’s new contemporary premium office fitout provides a welcoming new home for Queensland’s growing branch The fitout includes 9 meeting rooms, phone booths, privacy pods and boardroom with glass operable walls to convert to event function space and provides an engaging and relaxed welcome area. A cafe style lunchroom with small tables, terracotta breezeblock tiled walls and modern appliances brings a homely touch to the space

Features also include suspended feature lighting, staff lockers and printer galley, modern furniture, state of the art digital hardware and AV facilities for staff and meeting rooms and many plants to bring the outside in with a touch of greenery. A pastel earthy palette brings a softness and calmness to the space.

The staff can enjoy a high degree of transferability between workstations and meeting rooms with AV transfer between stations and multi-function power cords.

The delivery team encountered typical procurement lead times and availability pressures during the works but achieved PC on target prior to the 2021 Christmas shutdown period.
