Macquarie University Sports & Aquatic Centre

Sport & Aquatic Centre

The Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre is a new state of the art sports centre that has been added to the existing gymnasium centre. The new facilities include new dry gym areas, new indoor 25m and outdoor 50m heated Olympic pools and an upgrade of existing facilities. Other features of the project include the new slim and bright design that stands out from the older grey concrete structures that are typical of, the older university designs. The shiny orange Vitra panel cladding allows the centre to be the star attraction as you enter the University.
