Multi-award winning fit-out for MinterEllison occupies approx. 10,700m2 of premium office space in Collins Arch building at 447 Collins Street, Melbourne.

Following the completion of the premium office space in August 2020, MinterEllison occupies an area spanning over five and a half levels.

The fit-out includes:

  • An internal feature staircase connecting all six levels into existing pre-formed voids in slab,
  • High end acoustic requirements, rated at 45Rw,
  • Significant audio visual package,
  • Plasterboard and glazed partitions,
  • Ceiling finishes,
  • Floor coverings,
  • Joinery,
  • Fixtures and fittings,
  • Operable walls,
  • Modifications to existing base building services, and
  • Managing all aspects of the delivery and installation of workstations and AV.

This fit-out reaffirms the strength of our relationship with this client, as this project follows the successful completion of their Sydney office delivered by Buildcorp in 2015.
