Office Fit-out

The project involved detailed finishes, particularly within the reception joinery, boardroom glazing and the complete encapsulation / cladding of the new intertenancy stairs connecting the three tenancy floors. Of the approximately $13.2 million project value, more than 40% was directed towards the services alterations within the building, predominantly due to the removal, relocation and reinstatement of chilled beams for the installation of critical acoustic walls. In addition, a traditional tenant mechanical system was installed for the telepresence and meeting room areas.
