Parramatta Council Relocation

Buildcorp were contracted by Parramatta Council to undertake the relocation of their office as well as Parramatta Library

The Parramatta Council Relocation works consisted of an open plan Fitout of Ground floor, level 5 and levels 7-12 with workstations, offices, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and executive areas. Relocations took place over 2 consecutive weekends from their existing premises to 126 Church Street Parramatta.
The library fit out work consisted of the installation of a new staircase from ground floor to level one. On the ground floor the works included the installation of a service desk, book stands and PC’s. Level 1 involved the full floor construction into a library with book stands, seating areas, learning centres, quiet study areas, large meeting rooms and back of house staff area. Level 2 consisted of staff workstation areas, breakout area and staff training rooms.
