An open and agile fit-out

Pepper Property’s new head office on Levels 26-28 at 177 Pacific Highway showcases a feature spiral staircase within the three storey space.

The sheet metal balustrade, spiral stair required a new steel structure to brace new opening within the highrise structure. Logistics was a key challenge for the project team with several other fit-outs occurring concurrently in the building. Detailed coordination of the loading dock and goods lift helped maximise our deliveries and work around the busy periods.
