A 2040m2 office fitout in the newly completed Melbourne Quarter 2 building

Buildcorp was appointed the project in September 2020 and completed the single level 2040m2 fit-out in December 2020.

The fit-out scope of works included:

  • Plasterboard and glazed partitions
  • Feature ceilings
  • Floor coverings
  • Joinery
  • Fixtures and fittings
  • Operable wall
  • Modifications to existing base building services
  • Managing all aspects of the delivery and installation of workstations and AV.
