1650m2 Base building refurbishment at 525 Collins Street, Melbourne

Buildcorp was engaged as a head contractor to complete the following works:

  • Fit-out of north and south lift lobbies including the wall cladding, ceiling and bluestone floor
  • Fit-out of bathrooms including vanities and mirrors, wall and floor tiles, install of plumbing fixtures and toilet partitions
  • Coordination with the Mechanical Head Contractor
  • Make good to existing core and ceiling grid
