Workplace co-location project featuring Green Star credentials

This project was part of an overall workplace co-location for The Star Entertainment Group, involving the redesign, refurbishment and staged upgrade of their new ‘home’ adjacent to The Star Casino precinct. The staff were brought together from multiple sites to their new active workspace at 60 Union Street, Pyrmont whilst our team delivered the base building at the same time as this fit-out.

Designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating and with staff wellbeing and sustainability in mind, the new workplace features collaboration areas, technology-enabled meeting spaces, and an open interconnecting staircase. Buildcorp worked closely with all consultants to develop and realise the successful 5 Star Green Star rating within a record three weeks following practical completion.

Our initial engagement assisted with the finalisation of the design, providing ongoing buildability and cost planning advice to provide a fixed lump sum contract for each respective stage of the project.
