Toombul Shopping Centre Dining Precinct

A $21m new dining and entertainment precinct delivered in a retail centre live environment

The revitalised Toombul Shopping Centre will soon boast a new dining and entertainment precinct, currently being delivered by Buildcorp in three separable portions to allow continued access for tenants, patrons and diners.

The scope of work consists of:
  • Main building works: Extending the shopping centre to accommodate the dining precinct, new amenities, associated tenancy base build works, and the demolition of existing tenancies to construct a new mall branch, tenancies and interiors. Includes new grand entry to the dining precinct, services, back of house areas, car parking, pavement and ramps.
  • Food Court upgrade: Demolition, new finishes to floors and ceilings, construction of new kiosks and bussing station, supply and installation of fixed furniture, and installing and reconfiguring of services to suit the new layout.
  • Amusement Arcade: Constructing the Mini Major structure and services including warm shell fit-out.
