Buildcorp were engaged to undertake the refurbishment of 111 Elizabeth Street, the 4 story former Borders building situated on the corner of Elizbeth and Alberts Streets in the Brisbane CBD. The scope of works includes the complete refurbishment of the building facade as well as a strip out of the previous tenants internal fitout back to bare shell. 111 Elizabeth Street is now home to UK retail giants, Topshop and Topman.
