Refurbishment & fit-out to modernise the UQ School of Biomedical Sciences across two buildings

UQ aimed to create a modern, functional and flexible space for teaching, research and administration in their School of Biomedical Sciences facilities. The refurbishment and fit-out project took place across two buildings:

MacGregor
The refurbishment of the eastern section of Level 4 of the MacGregor Building included the development of one open plan PC2 laboratory with the inclusion of equipment, storage and plant rooms, offices and the creation of a combined space for staff and students.

Skerman
The fit-out of Level 2 of the Skerman building accommodating histology, imaging and analytics including equipment, storage and plant rooms and offices. Skerman Level 3 included the part refurbishment and the fit-out of six offices as well as alterations to existing services.
