NSW First 6 Star Green Star commercial building

Located on Darling Island in Pyrmont and facing Sydney city, Workplace 6 was a new build, six storey, 18,000m2 commercial office building which became the home of Google and Accenture. Workplace 6 achieved a 40% improvement on the ABGR maximum 5-star rating as well as a 6 Star Green Star rating. The building is smart and clean, and at the time had one of the smallest environmental footprints of any premium grade commercial office building.
