WSU College Teaching Facility

Western Sydney University

Western Sydney University (WSU) Capital Works and Facilities Division appointed Buildcorp to build a new College Teaching Facility with associated infrastructure, external works, and landscaping at Kingswood Campus, Western Sydney University.

The College Teaching Facility consists of laboratories, lecture rooms, lecture theatre and amenities to be built on a green field site. The construction was undertaken within the University grounds while maintaining student/staff access to all parts of the campus around the building site.

The project forms part of the Penrith Education and Health Precinct (PEHP) and was jointly funded by Western Sydney University and Commonwealth Government. As part of this funding requirement, the building was design in accordance to achieve the 5 Star Green Star Rating.
