WSU Westmead Building J

New home for the first Master of Architecture students at WSU

Western Sydney University appointed Buildcorp to complete the refurbishment works to one floor of Building J on their Westmead campus.

The refurbished space is utilised as the university’s School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics Architecture space and will be a base for the very first students undertaking a Master of Architecture in Urban Transformation in 2019.

Project scope included minor demolition and make good works and fitout incorporating studios, workshop and makerspace, and administration offices, as well as a services upgrade to the building.

The project was completed within an operational university campus with minimal disruptions to the day to day operations of staff and students.
