Brief Description

Construction of a new multi-level car park and associated infrastructure within the Logan Hospital precinct, delivered adjacent to active hospital and education facilities. Buildcorp has been awarded the contract to deliver the Logan Hospital Multi-Level Car Park, featuring 1,306 bays across eight levels, through a staged program that prioritises safety, operational continuity and collaboration adjacent to a live healthcare facility. The project has been planned to minimise disruption while maintaining uninterrupted access to critical hospital services, including the Maternity Ward, as well as adjacent TAFE operations. The project will ensure the facility remains safe and functional throughout construction. The project integrates new parking infrastructure with supporting services, a covered accessway to the maternity ward and landscaped areas, creating a practical and well‑considered transport solution for hospital staff, patients and visitors.
