Jordan Sukkar

Jordan proudly wears the title of one of the most diversely experienced people in property. From his base education of Business Finance, Jordan has developed much of his career in various operational, finance and commercial roles at Buildcorp over the past 15 years. To complement this, Jordan undertook secondments to construction projects in contract and stakeholder management roles, as well as time working with industry partners as a Quantity Surveyor.

Jordan joined Buildcorp in 2012 and during this time he also developed diverse experience across the industry in internal and external roles covering growth, finance, people and performance, CSR construction contracts management, and systems and governance.

In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Jordan is accountable for the business strategy, and the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), Commercial, Information and Technology, Corporate Social Responsibility and Marketing functions. Working closely with Buildcorp General Managers and State Managers across the East Coast, Jordan’s focus is on our overall client experience, value and service offering, whilst managing our processes and systems to ensure we consistently deliver projects that exceed expectations.
