A Buildcorp Cadet is part of the project team, receiving strong direction and exposure to a range of diverse projects. Throughout the 2-year Cadet Program, you will be supported by subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with core disciplines defined, learning and development programs and various social and networking events. All to set you up for success in the industry.

The 2-year program includes completing core disciplines and achieving defined learning outcomes within various teams and areas of the business unit in the streams of Engineering, design, on-site contracts administration, estimating & site supervision.

Students in their second last or last year of a construction, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, trade or building-related qualification

Applications to the Cadet program open in October/November each year with those successful candidates commencing with Buildcorp in February each year. The recruitment process involves phone screening and an assessment centre selection day in each state.
