Cadet (Undergraduate) Program

A Buildcorp Cadet is part of the project team, receiving strong direction and exposure to a range of diverse projects. Throughout the 2-year Cadet Program, you will be supported by subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with core disciplines defined, learning and development programs and various social and networking events. All to set you up for success in the industry.

What is the Buildcorp Cadet Program?
The 2-year program includes completing core disciplines and achieving defined learning outcomes within various teams and areas of the business unit in the streams of Engineering, design, on-site contracts administration, estimating & site supervision.

To be eligible for the Program?
- Students in their second last or last year of a construction, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, trade or building-related qualification
- At the time of application candidates, hold Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Credit Grade Average
- Be able to commence a 4-day working week (1 day Study) in February 2024
