Macquarie St Revitalised

Buildcorp is pleased to announce the recent completion of our Façade and Remedial works across 151 Macquarie St, Sydney.

Following an extensive ECI process, Buildcorp was engaged by RF CorVal to respond to compliance upgrade requirements across the 11-storey boutique office tower.

With a bold architectural vision to revitalise the A-grade office building, Buildcorp worked closely with the client’s representatives and consultancy team across a full replacement of the eastern and northern facades of the building, and rejuvenation of the west and south facades, in a live tenant environment.

The new exterior delivers an enhanced building identity, maximising sweeping views across Sydney Harbour and overlooking the Royal Botanic Gardens.
