Quadfecta! Buildcorp secures fourth consecutive win as an Employer of Choice

Buildcorp is honoured to be recognised as an Employer of Choice by the Australian Business Awards for the fourth consecutive year in 2021.

This accolade once again reinforces our commitment to provide our people with a safe and supportive place to work, a diverse landscape, with opportunities to grow.

The past two years have presented us with unforeseen challenges. As a team, we have successfully navigated through the turbulence by strengthening our systems, whilst maintaining our culture and living our values to support our people and partners. We have a continued focus on our employee’s experience to ensure that we remain match fit.

To further validate this, we measure our performance from our people’s point of view, with a 360-degree feedback loop, considering internal insights from our annual Employee Opinion Survey. This year, we saw an increased Net Promoter Score (NPS) moving us back into the ‘excellence’ category which is the highest category of assessment.

This Employer of Choice award, along with our increased NPS score, is a significant achievement and testament to why Buildcorp is considered a great place to work.
