After purchasing 1 Margaret St the year prior, Quintessential sought the engagement of Buildcorp to deliver a half floor fit-out as part of a larger roll-out of work aimed at reinvigorating this 18-level commercial tower.
In a bid to repurpose existing tenancies to attract new clientele, the refreshed L13 speculative suites are now available for lease.
Beginning with the stripping out of an existing office and progressing into a design and construct delivery, our works under contract returned a modern workplace – inclusive of 50+ workstations, a kitchen, staff break-out area, boardroom, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and additional amenities.
From a logistical perspective – with numerous other fit-outs happening both adjacent to and on neighbouring levels – our team seamlessly navigated the challenges of loading dock and goods lift deliveries, materials handling, and the live environment to successfully hand over the completed half-floor.
Working a six-day programme, the revamped and fully functional leasable office space was completed in just under seven weeks.
