Enhancing an existing asset to elevate it to A-grade status for its owners and offering first class amenities for tenants

Our team began works on the End of Trip and Capex Works at 121 Exhibition Street in early 2022.

The project at 121 Exhibition Street was delivered in three stages;
End of

Trip Facility (EOTF)
Capex Upgrades
Bathroom Upgrades

The existing basement carpark space was converted to into a 600m2 high-end End of Trip Facility. This involved coordination of existing elements and services.

The Capex Works saw the upgrade of the FIP & EWIS panels, CCTV and security systems and replacement of VAV controls. The Bathroom Upgrades involved the refresh of the bathroom vanities and toilet partitions across 35 levels.

The EOTF reached practical completion in late January 2023 while our team were in the final stages of the bathroom refresh and security upgrade works which were completed in February.
