2 Parramatta Square

Works at 2 Parramatta Square delivered a full internal refurbishment of the sixteen floor building, including on-floor and ground lobbies, new lift lobbies, end-of-trip facilities and enhanced security alongside various amenities.

Designed by Woods Bagot, the completed works deliver on a design intent to elevate commercial offerings for Sydney Water, the building’s anchor tenant. The works included provisions for high-end joinery, feature lighting, upgraded third spaces and an LED audio visual wall within the ground floor lobby space.

After securing the base building works, Sydney Water engaged Buildcorp to partner on an integrated fit-out solution for upgrades across their workplace.

The 15-floor fit-out, designed by Group GSA, was programmed in conjunction with the base building works and was designed to meet the current and future operational and well-being needs of their business – including a neurodiverse space, recharge zone, yarning circle and a vibrant people hub.

The completion of both projects highlights Buildcorp’s strength of combining two teams for one seamless delivery, and marks our 5th contract within Parramatta Square.
