321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne

Buildcorp were appointed by Knight Frank on behalf of Invesco to complete the extensive refurbishment and upgrade of 321 Exhibition Street’s entrance lobby, End of Trip & Wellness Facility as well as a full refurbishment across multiple floors of the building.

Engaged under an ECI agreement, Buildcorp worked closely with Invesco and the consultant team for a period of 12 weeks prior to construction to bring the project in line with budget.

The project works include:

• Demolition and refurbishment to the lower ground floor basement to be transformed into a new EOT facility and wellness room
• Demolition and refurbishment to ground floor lobby and retail to be transformed into a new lobby with Origin reception desk and concierge desk, new café, two new revolving doors, feature wall panel which is suspended above the reception area, and all new joinery and banquette seating
• Demolition and refurbishment to the lift lobbies L1-9, 12-20 and installation of new slick amenities, new lift lobbies with wall panelling and new DDA extensions incorporated to 8 levels.
