Buildcorp is delivering a comprehensive integrated fitout at 50 Ann Street in Brisbane’s CBD, transforming 25 floors into modern, high‑performing workplace environments.

As the building remains fully occupied throughout the works, Buildcorp has implemented a staged, rolling handover methodology. The team progresses through the tower in blocks of five floors at a time, carefully managing onsite activities to minimise disruption to day‑to‑day operations. Noisy works, cranage movements, deliveries and removals are coordinated outside business hours to maintain continuity.

The integrated fitout will deliver a diverse range of functional and high‑quality spaces, including:

• Kitchen and breakout areas
• Meeting rooms
• Personal offices and open‑plan workstations
• Training rooms
• Library and legal documentation rooms
• Compactus and storage facilities
