After more than 40 years in their previous location, ADP has made the move from Mulgrave to the heart of Cremorne and Buildcorp was proud to help bring their new vision to life. Our team delivered the two-level fit-out from a cold shell for the industry-leading HR and payroll solutions business, who was driven by creating a dynamic and inspiring work environment close to Melbourne’s CBD.

This two-level fit-out created a high-performance, sustainable workspace designed to inspire collaboration and innovation for ADP’s growing team. From the early contractor involvement phase through to delivery, our team worked closely with ADP to derisk complex services, accelerate the program, and unlock value through smart procurement strategies.

With sustainability at the core of ADP’s global business goals, this project is targeting LEED certification joining an exclusive group of only 71 LEED-certified projects nationwide and set to become the 9th LEED DB+C Commercial Interior project in Victoria.

With a tailored approach to ADP’s unique requirements, our team structured the program to prioritise the early delivery of the communication room midway through the project. Strong collaboration, clear communication, and trusted relationships allowed us to accelerate progress through additional out-of-hours works, enabling ADP early access to their new space. Following practical completion, our team remained onsite to provide seamless aftercare supporting the move-in process, setting up workstations, and ensuring every detail of the transition was smooth and stress-free.
