Statement head office fit-out for Bank of China at 120 Collins Street, Melbourne, including high-end fittings, joining and technology.

The office includes high-end joinery, AV integration and control, Timber floor, vinyl, and high-end inset carpet finishes throughout. New comms room, Large boardroom with feature timber coffer ceilings, motorised blinds and curtains, acoustic wall panels, AV and inset ceiling projector, open reception and waiting area off the existing base building core.

Large function and event space with the ability to extend into the training room with an acoustic operable wall and Butler’s pantry for events.

High-end joinery and stone bench finishes to the corporate client banking suite, acoustically treated Management offices and 10P meeting rooms, and two large open plan workspaces with staff tea points and utilities.

The project was delivered on time with zero defects.
