Chifley Tower Workplace

Spanning 3,251m2 across three floors, the client’s vision was to sustainably adapt the existing fit-out to create an agile, Fukinsei-infused environment that supports improved collaboration, teamwork and client engagement.

Delivered to a tight program under five months in a live environment, we used our experience to design a proactive and collaborative staged program to maintain business as usual for the building and its occupants. To limit interruption within the client’s workplace, works were also staged and zoned hoarding was used so areas could remain live.

A leading example of the power of growing and evolving in a space by refurbishing and reconfiguring, the project was all about the clever renewal of the client’s existing tenancy. A new colour scheme and high-end finishes have been introduced throughout. A new front of house area, adapted back of house zones, new meetings rooms with improved acoustics and AV, and new feature and operable walls were all introduced to support the client’s requirements today and for the future. In addition, our team also completed the lift lobby upgrades across the three levels.
