Spanning levels 17, 18 and 19 at 333 Collins Street Melbourne, Hassell’s design sees the pairing of open-plan workplace design with premium client spaces to produce a sustainable, collaborative and innovative office environment.
The fast-tracked methodology has been delivered across three stages, including an inter-tenancy staircase, new client reception and break out areas. The final stage and completion of the executive offices and meeting rooms was handed over in mid-February.
Clayton Utz’s progressive approach to their 333 Collins Street fit-out challenges the traditional floor plan of office silos synonymous with the legal and finance sectors, and embraces collaborative and flexible working. Hassell has taken a modern approach to workplace design; embracing the café style culture which is the latest advance in law firm fit-out’s across the country.
The programme of works has been completed in a live environment within a premium building of high risk tenancies, requiring Buildcorp to take a sensitive and tactical approach to the delivery of the project.
