Spanning levels 17, 18 and 19 at 333 Collins Street Melbourne, Clayton Utz’s modern new office’s pair open-plan workspaces with premium client spaces producing a sustainable, collaborative and innovative work environment. Designed by Hassell, the fit-out challenges the traditional floorplan of office silos synonymous with the legal and finance sectors and embraces collaborative, flexible working and a café style culture. Features include an inter-tenancy staircase and new client reception area. The fast-tracked program commenced in May 2016 and was completed in January 2017. Working in a live environment, Buildcorp took a sensitive and tactical approach to managing the works to ensure disruptions were minimised to the many tenancies in this heritage CBD building. within the building.
