A fast-tracked 9-week fit-out delivered over the Christmas break for our valued partner Dexus, enabling Colliers to seamlessly relocate into their new 1,500m² open-plan office at Waterfront Place with no delay to operations.
Working across 1,500m², our proactive communication strategy with the client and our project partners ensured Buildcorp was able to set clear expectations, collaborate on problem-solving and employ agile decision-making throughout the works to uplift Collier’s new Waterfront Place office in just 9 weeks – facilitating their hard move-in deadline over the Christmas break.
This approach enabled us to achieve an on-time handover with the occupancy certificate secured, ready for staff to move in without delay.
The new, single-floor open workplace includes new workstations, collaboration and meeting rooms, several break-out spaces, kitchen area, teapoints, lounge area and client arrival/reception area. The works also provided an uplifted lobby area, lift lobbies, enhanced comms room facilities and new tenant amenities.
